In Finnish mythology Näkki is a malicious spirit in the form of a beautiful woman. She lives in lakes and has a beautiful singing voice that she uses to lure people into the water and drown them.
In the old days parents often told their children tales of Näkki to keep them from swimming too far away from the shore.
I realized while drawing that I don’t know if it’s a girl or a boy /shot
What if I’ll just call him thatonefaggot?
I was bored so I colored him!
It’s bugging me how he still doesn’t have a name…
